Sustainability Committee

Primary Duties

Assist the Board in overseeing environmental, social and sustainability matters, including climate-related risks and opportunities, and overseeing external investor-oriented reporting on these matters
Oversees the stockholder engagement program
Reviews and oversees the sustainability and social responsibility programs, policies and practices, including the Human Rights Policy
Reviews and monitors climate and other sustainability-related public policy trends and related regulatory matters
Oversees the Political Contributions and Lobbying Policy and reviews the Corporation’s political activities and expenditures
Oversees the Charitable Contributions and Matching Gift Program
